On-Site Inline Laser Cleaning for Anilox Rolls over 200 kg

Our on-site inline laser cleaning service covers ceramic anilox rolls for corrugated printing, gravure cylinders and metal rolls. Suitable rolls can be cleaned directly inside the printing machine.
Mobile laser cleaning of anilox rolls for corrugated printing and rolls weighing over 200 kg
If your rolls are 2,000–5,000 mm long and weigh more than 200 kg, they are cleaned directly inside the printing machine (inline). Contact us so that we can confirm access and suitability for inline cleaning.

Since 2025, we have also been able to clean rolls that are accessible from above rather than only from the side.

We inspect every anilox roll before and after cleaning.

For anilox rolls weighing up to 200 kg, we offer on-site laser cleaning using our mobile equipment.
Safety and quality
Laser cleaning provides consistently high cleaning quality compared with chemical cleaning without the risk of swelling the ceramic coating.

Unlike blasting methods, the process does not damage the cell walls and leaves no secondary cleaning media to dispose of.
