Why Is Post-Warranty Service Important?

Over the course of a year, many factors at a printing facility can change and affect cleaning quality—for example, a change of operator, a new ink supplier or a different cleaning schedule. Any of these changes can influence how effectively the equipment cleans anilox rolls.

Our machines are designed to clean your entire roll inventory three or four times per month. This is safe for the rolls and can eliminate press downtime caused by contaminated anilox rolls.

The laser source has a service life of more than 100,000 hours, so regular cleaning is part of normal operation.

Our equipment is an important part of the flexible-packaging production process. Equipment failure or declining performance can reduce cleaning quality and affect the printed product.

Annual servicing is therefore an important part of maintaining a stable printing process.
