Key Advantages
Eliminate Downtime Caused by Dirty Anilox Rolls
The roll-cleaning technology has undergone extensive testing at Zecher GmbH, as well as at Delo GmbH. We can therefore guarantee that our process is safe for the ceramic surface of anilox rolls. The laser source has a service life of approximately 100,000 hours, and the equipment uses virtually no consumables. This means that deep roll cleaning can be performed daily at little more than the cost of electricity. We recommend cleaning the roll inventory two or three times per month. Customers with an inventory of 200 rolls who clean around 900 rolls per month have eliminated press downtime caused by dirty anilox rolls and reduced production costs.
Minimal Effort
Loading a roll or sleeve and starting the machine takes less than one minute. Our adapters allow gears and bearings to remain on the roll journals.
No Specialist Knowledge Required
Every roll at your printing facility is cleaned fully automatically. Before the equipment is installed, all rolls are entered in the LaserEcoClean Customer Portal. Each roll is assigned a unique identifier. The cleaning parameters are preset according to the roll diameter, length, line count, cell volume and surface type. The operator only needs to load the roll, enter its identifier and start the cleaning cycle. As a result, cleaning a 1,360 mm roll including loading and unloading takes 12 minutes on the LEC50 Pro. You can clean four rolls per hour and prepare the press for the next print run quickly.
In 12 hours you can clean a small inventory of 48 rolls.
Data Stored throughout the Machine's Service Life
After each cleaning cycle, all roll data, machine operating parameters and any errors are recorded automatically in the LaserEcoClean Customer Portal. Any authorised employee can access the database with a login and password through a web browser. Machine parameters can be monitored online, including the remaining cleaning time.
Robust Design
The LEC200 incorporates all technological innovations of the smaller model. It was engineered to rotate rolls weighing up to 200 kg, and every component is designed for 24/7 operation.
Simple, Safe and Fast
The machine uses the LaserEcoClean Customer Portal. It consumes 5 kW and requires no specialist operator knowledge. All roll data is stored in the machine, and the correct parameters are selected automatically when cleaning starts.
Cleans All Types of Rolls and Sleeves, Including Laminator Rolls
We developed this machine because many customers needed to clean not only printing sleeves but also laminator rolls weighing approximately 160–200 kg.
Robust Design
The LEC500 incorporates all technological innovations of the smaller model. It was engineered to rotate rolls weighing up to 500 kg at speeds of up to 400 rpm, and every component is designed for 24/7 operation.
Save Production Floor Space
The LEC500 doors remain within the machine footprint in both height and length.

Inspection of Flexographic Plates and Anilox Rolls
The LEC Micro measuring system was developed to verify the safety of LaserEcoClean cleaning. With the microscope, you can monitor changes in anilox roll cell volume.
The magnification of the LEC Micro Pro makes it possible to inspect cell walls on rolls with line counts of up to 460 lpcm. The microscope is essential for anyone responsible for inspecting anilox rolls or flexographic plates.
Optical Cell-Depth Measurement
LEC Micro uses an optical focusing method to determine cell depth. The microscope is equipped with a precision depth sensor with an accuracy of better than 2 μm. The measured parameters can be entered into the database to calculate the anilox cell volume.
High-Resolution Images of Cell Walls
We use a USB 3.0 camera to capture high-quality cell images. All photographs can be stored in the LaserEcoClean Customer Portal throughout the service life of the machine. The database can generate anilox roll reports in PDF format.
