If your rolls are 2,000–4,200 mm long and weigh more than 200 kg, they are cleaned directly inside the printing machine (inline). Contact us so that we can confirm access and suitability for inline cleaning.

Laser cleaning provides consistently high cleaning quality compared with chemical cleaning without the risk of swelling the ceramic coating.
Unlike blasting methods, the process does not damage the cell walls and leaves no secondary cleaning media to dispose of.

What is required for mobile anilox roll cleaning?
- A heated indoor area.
- A level floor area of no more than 12 m².
- A 220–230 V, 2 kW power outlet within 5 metres of the machine.
- A window or ventilation system within 10 metres of the work area.
- A sturdy table for the microscope.
Working hours:
On-site work is carried out from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Equipment setup takes 1–2 hours, depending on site conditions.
