Modernisation of a 1990 GOEBEL Slitter-Rewinder
The GOEBEL machine modernisation included the following work:
1) Replacement of the hydraulic and pneumatic control system with a digital system;
2) Replacement of the operator panel with a touchscreen interface;
3) Replacement of the programmable logic controller (S7);
4) Replacement of the main motor control system (DC drive) with a 6RA80 drive;
5) Development of new control software;
6) Installation and commissioning;
7) Delivery of a complete technical documentation package, including electrical diagrams and operating instructions;
8) Training of the customer’s operating personnel.
